Just a quick post to let all you Wacom users out there know that a Wacom driver which supports compatibility with Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard is now available. The new version is 6.05-3.
Just one less thing holding me back from jumping to Leopard, and looking forward to it. Seems the Wacom notes point to an issue with the login window, so most likely your tablet should have been working fine in Leopard for the most part. Nice to know that Wacom has officially looked into things and cleared up the minor glitches.

Thanks, George. I finally upgraded to Leopard (got it for Christmas) and the first time I tried using my Intuos, the pen was working on default settings (which I hate). I figured it was a little one-time glitch from the upgrade, and I reinstalled the driver. I soon found that it reset back to default settings every single time I restarted my machine. (All this as I’m trying to get a decent portfolio together!) Tonight I was just about to lose it when it happened again, when the idea of an updated driver finally hit me. Duh. Thanks for steering me in the right direction.
Your work is excellent, by the way!
Hey, glad to help. Things like driver updates are easy to overlook in general, let along during a major OS upgrade. Good luck on getting that portfolio together, and thanks for the kudos on my artwork! Much appreciated.
I know I’m more than a year late in response but I recently upgraded to Leopard because my G4 died and I’m so glad to know that it’s people like you who help keep the rest of us updated when we fall slightly behind the technology curve.
