Monster Monday: Green Gremlin Cartoon Sketch

A sketch of a cartoon goblin/gremlin I worked up for the Monster Monday group sketchblog.

This was sketched out in Photoshop using a Wacom Intuos3 graphics tablet and also color and shading added in Photoshop as well.

Initial sketch was refined, then flipped. refined sketch using both layers to make it symmetrical. Line work cleaned up and color added with shadows and highlights on separate layers using the Multiply and Screen blending modes, respectively.

Yet another experiment in painting within Photoshop.
