Cartoon character product design for Kooties cartoon characters

A photo pf the box and shoes used for the officially licensed Kooties & Keds test market. Keds did well with the test market, but the VP that was behind the product left the company and the new VP didn't see the potential of the Kooties. The shoes featured here were a stock shoe, but plans were in place to develop a fully Kooties themed manufactured shoe, with Velcro™ Kooties patches on the side of the shoe to mix and match.
